Travel Directions for Visitors

Main Office:

The HRTPO is staffed by employees of the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC). The HRPDC offices are located in the Regional Building, located off Interstate 64 in Chesapeake. Take I-64 to Exit 289A, North Greenbrier Parkway. Proceed to the first traffic light and turn right onto Woodlake Drive. Turn into the first driveway on the right, just after the Hampton Inn, at the sign for the Regional Building. Take an immediate left into the parking lot.

The HRPDC offices are located along HRT's Route 15. To plan your visit via HRT bus, please use HRT's trip planner found on the HRT website, www.gohrt.com .

Peninsula HRPDC Office:

Heading west on Interstate 64 from the Southside, take Exit 262B onto Magruder Boulevard (Route 134). At the first traffic light, turn right at Hardy Cash Drive; then at the next traffic light, turn right at Executive Drive. Proceed down Executive Drive, through the traffic light. The Executive Tower will be on the right. The office is located on the first floor,Suite 1-C.

Heading east on the Peninsula along Interstate 64, take Exist 263A onto Mercury Boulevard. At the first traffic light, turn right at W. Queens Street; At the next traffic light, turn right at Cunningham Drive. Then turn left at the next traffic light at Executive Drive. The Executive Tower will be on the left. The office is located on the first floor, Suite 1-C.
